Can Anyone work from home as an Affiliate Marketer?

Let me answer the question with a big fat YES!!
"Do you want life to control you or do you want control of your life?"
Having worked in Banking, as a Business Manager, for the last 2 and half years dealing with small to medium sized enterprises I have been looking into ideas of what I could do if I were self employed. Given the current economic recession and rise in unemployment I have asked myself if I am mad for wanting to leave my comfort zone. I mean I get paid well, 9 - 5 job, have 5 weeks paid leave, a pension, life insurance etc etc... The answer to the question is NO!
Not when another way of asking the same question is,
"Do you want life to control you or do you want control of your life?"
You will definately have heard the term,
"do not keep all your eggs in the same basket".
But by having just 1 job this exactly what you are doing. Lose the job and you are in trouble. And unfortunately your job ,and to an extent your life, is in the hands of your employers, not YOU!! The knock on effects to anyone with a family or financial responsibilities is just .. well not worth mentioning.
So how could I take control of my life, through my income stream. The way would be to have multiple income streams, so if one dried up then your life wouldn't be severely effected. The way this can be done is to become an affiliate marketer, working from the comfort of your own home, and around your current job. This does not mean working more hours, just working smarter. Affiliate marketing works on auto pilot when you set it up!! So don't panic.
My epiphany occurred when I was off work last year for a few days, having injured my back whilst weight training. As I was laid up in bed flicking through the TV channels I came across the 'Entrepreneurs Channel', promoting the concept a work from home business and being able to enjoy life more because you were more financial free. This guy was talking about being an affiliate marketer, simply selling other peoples products and making a good commission on the back end. You didn't have to make, buy, invest, distribute these products. You simply had to find the hoards of people searching for a cure to THEIR problem and find the product that would do just that.
'What a concept!'

My dad was a Doctor and hence has drilled the concept of life into me, you know the usual, study hard, get a good job, have a family, get a good pension, then enjoy your life. Now I have never agreed with the way life works, in the sense that for the first part of your life you are in the care of your parents, you then go to study until you are in your early 20's, then get a job and try to balance all of life's trials and tribulations until you retire. So you are meant to be financially secure and able to live life when you retire? Only if you are still physically and mentally able to do so!
So I set about applying due diligence and researching this concept.
Yes there are a lot of scams out there, there are a lot of get rich quick schemes, and there are a lot of people out there trying to take advantage of peoples hopes and aspirations. Using the 'carrot on a stick theory' to entice people to part with their hard earned money.
You don't need to leave your current job to do this, which is the whole beauty to affiliate marketing, as this is a work from home business.
....But I was a technophobe which was a slight problem to my master plan of using the internet to become an affiliate marketer!!!!!
Now don't get me wrong I am still no computing genius, but I have learnt the simple tools I need to make this a success.
I came across a site that removed ALL my obstacles, showing me how easy it is to set up in this business of being an affiliate marketer, and starting my own business working from home. This site even made my webpage for me, set up all my auto responder messages to communicate with my customers and even provided 5 separate products to promote...for FREE. All I had to do was use the training provided to promote the business.
In life people succumb to the mediocrity of life simply by not knowing exactly what options are available to them. All I want to do is let you know you have options and if you are brave enough to comfort zone then you will get full support and development to help you achieve your goals and aspirations in life. It's like that scene from 'The Matrix', when Morpheus gives Neo the option of taking the red pill or the blue pill. Unless your job entails travelling the world photographing the most beautiful women on the planet then most of us would rather tell our boss exactly where they could stick their job. Going back to the movie 'The Matrix' You can take the blue pill and go back to your every day existence, or be brave enough to take the red pill, "and see how deep the rabbit hole goes".
Anyone can start their own 'work from home business'!!
